Fully Known, Valued, and Loved
Before Jesus performed a miracle, preached a sermon, or went to the cross, the Father spoke identity over Him: "You are my dearly loved Son, and You bring Me great joy."
That matters because so many of us live as if value must be earned. We try to prove, perform, carry, achieve, and hold everything together. But Scripture reminds us that God knows us fully and loves us deeply.
On Mother’s Day, that truth speaks to every woman and every person in every season: you are seen by God.
You Are Fully Known By God
John 4 tells the story of Jesus and the woman at the well. We do not know her name, but Jesus knows her story.
He knows the places of shame. He knows the relational pain. He knows the questions beneath the surface. And instead of avoiding her, He moves toward her.
To be fully known and still loved is one of the deepest gifts of grace.
God does not love an imagined version of you. He knows the real story, and He still comes close.
You Are Valued By God
The first person Jesus plainly tells, "I am the Messiah," is not a religious leader or one of the twelve disciples. It is a Samaritan woman with a complicated story.
That is the heart of Jesus.
People may overlook, label, or dismiss. Jesus values. He crosses barriers. He gives dignity. He entrusts hope to people others might not expect.
Your value is not determined by your season, your title, your past, your pain, or what others have said about you. Your value is anchored in the God who made you and came for you.
You Are Deeply Loved By God
Because we are deeply loved, we can stop living for approval and start living from identity.
The love of God is not shallow sentiment. It is strong enough to tell the truth, heal shame, restore dignity, and send us forward with purpose.
The woman at the well leaves her jar and goes back to her city with a testimony. Being known by Jesus did not crush her. It freed her.
That is what His love does.
Living From Loved
Mother’s Day can carry joy, grief, gratitude, longing, and complexity. But whatever the day holds, the invitation is the same: receive the love of the Father.
You are fully known.
You are valued.
You are deeply loved.
Let that identity speak louder than performance, shame, comparison, or fear.
